The state which sponsors and orders the attack and hijacks the ship kills a large number of its passengers. Furthermore the same state maintains a blockade of the necessities of life on whole community and terrorizes the community with armed force at will.
The question : why is the state not held responsible for its actions or labeled a terrorist entity?
The reason : because that state is Israel with the support and acquiescence of its major benefactor the United States appears to be above the law.. it seems that Israel can commit any war crime, kill civilian in INTERNATIONAL WATERS,impose a blockade on an entire people and not be held accountable.
